Why should I help?

  • Crime is at all time high in Indianapolis over the last 3 years. Law enforcement is understaffed and doing what they can. With 144 Homicides alone, we need to redirect our youth!
  • Negative peer pressure and gangs are the leading cause of juvenile crime in the state today! 
  • Money generated in your community stays in your community 
  • Project Assist is dedicated to placing "at risk" youth into positive programs and surrounding them with achievement oriented peers. 
  • Project Assist closely monitors the youth's progress by checking report cards and behavior to make sure they are improving through the program. 
  • Most Project Assist youth are referred by law enforcement and school counselors and have shown remarkable turnarounds. This in turn brings the occurrence of juvenile delinquency down locally. 
  • Project Assist gives youth in bad circumstances new opportunities to bring positive influences into their lives and is supported entirely by community based fundraisers, which means.....WE NEED YOUR HELP! 
  • 95% of every dollar donated goes towards payment of the programs to the sponsoring studios.
